Return - Exchange Policy

At  HAILY , we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a flexible return, refund, and exchange policy.

Eligible Items:

  • All clothing items, including shirts, dresses, pants, and accessories, are eligible for a return, refund, or exchange within 07 days of completed delivery.
  • All items must be in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service at haily.fashion@yahoo.com to initiate a return.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Our team will provide return instructions and a return shipping label if necessary.
  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund, exchange, or store credit as requested.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
  • If the new item is of higher value, we will invoice you for the difference. If the new item is of lower value, we will issue a store credit for the difference.

Store Credit:

  • If you opt for store credit, a HAILY gift card will be issued to you in the amount of your return. This gift card can be used on any future purchases.
